Essential Referral Information
History of abnormal bleeding / hormonal contraceptive use/ menopause therapy use
- Recent co-test result (HPV and LBC)
- Pelvic USS (TVS ess)
- Histology (pipelle or curettings)
- Please ensure that MMR, p53 and ER/PR immunohistochemistry has been ordered on all endometrial biopsies demonstrating carcinoma
- CT CAP
If a specific test result cannot be obtained due to access, financial, religious, cultural or consent reasons a clinical override may be requested. This reason must be clearly articulated in the body of the referral.
