We encourage GPs to report issues or concerns arising for patients after discharge from hospital.

If you have concerns that a patient may have experienced an adverse outcome related to the care provided by Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service, please email our GP Liaison Unit for follow up with the relevant clinical area.

For any urgent matters, the patient should be directed to the emergency department.
