Always Care Consumer Network
Gold Coast Health is seeking current or former patients, their families and carers, consumers, and community members interested in contributing toward healthcare improvement and shaping future services to join the Always Care Consumer Network.
The advice and feedback provided by the Always Care Consumer Network has a direct impact on health service delivery, infrastructure planning, and the overall patient experience.
By joining the Always Care Consumer Network, consumers may be asked to complete surveys, join focus groups and/or community discussions on the area of the health service where they have direct experience. Activities are voluntary and primarily undertaken online.
