Useful Management Information
Zoonotic infections are naturally transmitted between vertebrates and humans.
Some of the most common (not exclusive) zoonotic infections in Australia include Q-fever, Brucella, Leptospirosis and Bartonella.
Paired serological tests collected 10-14 days apart are the most useful diagnostic test.
