Essential Referral Information
- Is there a family history of voice difficulties (i.e., parents, siblings etc.)?
- Is the child experiencing social or emotional concerns as a result of their voice difficulties (i.e., withdrawal from social interactions or activities, high levels of frustration with not being able to communicate effectively)?
Additional Referral Information
- It is highly recommended that children referred with voice difficulties, have a consultation with an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist.
