Essential Referral Information
- Relevant history of onset and time since onset of skin, joint, respiratory, sinus or other symptoms
- Details of treatments offered (if available)
- FBC
- E/LFT
- ESR
- CRP
- ANCAs
- Urinalysis for MCS, casts, protein
If a specific test result cannot be obtained due to access, financial, religious, cultural or consent reasons a clinical override may be requested. This reason must be clearly articulated in the body of the referral.
